We are going to host an MCES Gives Back Night on Thursday, December 8th from 5:00 to 7:00. Families are invited to come and create different crafts to give to people who need encouragement during this holiday season. We want our students to give back to the community that they live in by creating and spreading joy. This night is an opportunity for families and friends to come together to create, have fun, and help others. There will be hot chocolate, snacks, a photo booth (woot woot!!), music, and stations with activities. Each station will focus on a way that we can help our community. Sometimes this can mean making a card for someone or creating our own mindfulness snow globes so that we can be more mindful citizens. All of the Christmas creations made by our students will go to local businesses, our first responders, nursing homes, Samaritan's kitchen, churches, retired folks, etc. The theme is a winter wonderland. Every snowflake is unique....just like us. We want our students to work hard, discover new ideas, and make a positive impression!!
